The following question was presented to the Board.  How many meetings can a Director miss before we request a resignation, and fill the position with a more active member?  Following a brief discussion, a motion was made to that the following rule be adopted.  If a Director misses two (2) meetings and does not contact the President, or a board member, or does not provide an excuse for missing the meeting, the Director will be notified and request for his or her resignation will be made.
