2. Program Schedule and Policy - Jack Dwan
Bill proposal to show local programming ONLY for some pre-determined time slot, with paid sponsorship. Committee to work on this includes: Jim F, Jack P, Jack D, Tom G

3. VCRs - Jack Dwan
Board agreed to allow $200 max for Jack D to purchase two S-VHS tape players

4. Satellite Antennas - Moving Then and Setting Them Up
Board agreed to allow $500 max for Jack P to hire contractor to move antenna, includes de-install and re-install

5. Community Christmas Concert - Hal Hendrickson
Dec 6, 8pm, Bill is in charge of marketing, Jim F and Tom G are director and producer, Jack P to edit, MACC is executive producer, Hal floor director

6. School Board Meetings - Jack Powers
Jack P’s proposal to show them at regular time slot tabled for next meeting Tom G to ask for money to at least pay for tapes

7. Halloween Donations - Arleen Freeze
Freeze’s daughter volunteered to help MHAT’s involvment in next-year’s Halloween downtown event

8. City Parks and Recreation Relationship & Liaison - Jim Freeze
Board agreed that Jim F is official liason

9. Character Generator & Community Bulletin Board - Jim Freeze
Jim F is working on quality improvements, adding personal announcements (for $), possible computer donation by Hal H of Apple G3 & satellite controller!

10.    Bill explained his proposal for use of Public Domain movies to
generate funds. Much discussion and arguing resulted.

11.    Next Tuesday’s live mayor & city manager broadcast. Jack P took over the project. Walter still involved, such as to develop questions in advance.

12.    Tom G explained why the GL-1 cameras are not compatable with our macii…he purchased with his onw funds a bridging transformer, and will report back if it works.

13.    Sign in front of our bldg…Arleen bought large wooden letters
(not to be confused with large wooden badgers) which she and Jim will paint and install either above the front door or on the sign out by the street.
