Falcon Cable will deploy an all fiber optic Institutional Network (I-Net) for the City of Morgan Hill. The I-Net will consist of two separate and independent networks, school and municipal, that can also be cross-connected if needed. Each system allows the existing school or city LAN to become a part of the larger WAN through the use of city provided electronics. .The fiber will be installed by Falcon into the "main communications center" of each facility served by the I-Net. The facility manager of each facility will designate this point at each facility upon Falcon's request.
The I-Net shall be completed as a part of the system reconstruction in accordance with the time schedule specified in Section 7 of the franchise agreement. Once completed, all Falcon provided I-Net fiber shall be maintained and kept operational by Falcon.
